2026 Striper Mafia Tournament Series on Smith Mountain Lake, VA
The Striper Mafia is hosting our eleventh season of a "CPR" (Catch-Photo-Release) tournament series on Smith Mountain Lake, VA. Events will be held in March, April, October and November, during which the "slot" is in place to protect our larger fish, and be conducted in a "Catch-Photo-Release" style. The format will feature a Captain's meeting on the evening before at a location to be defined to review the rules and hand out approved measuring devices & photo token cards and "lines in water" will follow at safe-light as designated for each tournament, with the "check-in" at a time to be determined later that day. Tournament fees are to be paid at the Captain's Meeting (in cash). Pre-registration is encouraged due to the limited number of slots, but we ask that you have full intention of fishing the event before registering.

Entry Fees:
Adults may fish with a Youth at no cost in the Youth Competition (though not eligable for any of the money payouts)
- Team Entry Fee: $100/team (Max of 4 adults/team) - includes entry for the $100 Smallest Striper prize
- Optional Pots: Big Fish - $25; Big Bass: $10

As part of this year’s tournament series, we’re excited to continue supporting a great cause. During the March Madness (March 21) & Spring Fling (April 18), we will be hosting a 50/50 drawing, and all proceeds will be used to purchase peanut butter jars for the April collection. We will also be collecting peanut butter jars at the April event only - Our goal is to focus our efforts and make the April collection the biggest and best one yet.
